The details 
(1) Accept the sample or technical drawing from the customers. 
(2) Received samples, usually within one week for survey, we will send the information of the Cost of open moulds and Share rate to customer for reference.   
(3) We will come to terms of OPEN MOULD with customer, Including the authorization of production, The share rate of cost, The unit price, the quantity of order, the delivery date, etc..  
(4) Usually we are opened the new mould in 30--60 days then send the sample to customer for confirmation, and put into production after the customer  accept it. We will modified the mould ASAP according customer’s requirements when customer question the samples.
